Kelly Construction Group provides new commercial construction in the Baton Rouge area. We are a fully licensed and insured General Contractor. Kelly Construction has completed New Construction in both the Design-Build and Design-Bid methods. Our preferred delivery method is Design-Build as this is where we believe we can provide the most value for our clients. However, no matter the method we are committed to provide an outstanding product. We are team oriented, and this is just one of the things that help make us successful. Kelly Construction Group can be a turnkey option for your next commercial building. We can design and build your project beginning with design through completion. Like most General Contractors Kelly Construction Group subcontracts with licensed subcontractors to perform Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades. Kelly Construction self-performs concrete including foundations and paving. Kelly Construction Group has the capability to perform many of the finish scopes of the project such as ceilings, sheetrock, and flooring but often subcontracts these scopes of work also.
Our primary focus in New Commercial Construction is to manage the project efficiently to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. We use our proven method “The Kelly Way”. “The Kelly Way” is a series of checklists and procedures used companywide from accounting, project management to field supervision to ensure our projects are completed in the exact same manner project after project. Commercial Renovations and Remodels
Kelly Construction Group provides Commercial Renovations and Remodeling services. We provide these services within both the Design-Build and Design-Bid delivery methods. As in New Construction our preferred method is the Design-Build method, and we believe it is just as important if not more important for Kelly Construction Group to be involved in the early stages of planning a renovation project. We use our experience to help any problem areas while considering a renovation or remodel project. Since 2008 Kelly Construction Group has compiled a large list of Commercial Renovations and Remodels. Kelly Construction Group’s first project was a Commercial Renovation, and this has been a constant trend year after year. As a preferred contractor with local universities and school boards we are called upon to complete classroom, office, laboratories, and gymnasiums renovations often.
